摘要
由于生产条件发生变化使得艾萨收尘效率降低,结合生产实际,从理论上分析了影响艾萨炉电收尘器收尘效率的因素,提出了提高艾萨炉电收尘器收尘效率的有效措施,改造后电收尘器的收尘效率达95%以上,烟气含尘量可控制在0.5 g/Nm3以下。
The dust collection efficiency of ISASMELT furnace is decreased due to the development and change of production conditions,therefore the influence factors for dust collection efficiency of electrostatic precipitator of ISASMELT furnace is analyzed theoretically combining with the production practice,it is proposed the effective measures for dust collection efficiency improvement,and then the dust collection efficiency can be reached more than 95%after transformation,the dust content of flue gas can be controlled below 0.5 g/Nm3.
