高职院校教师专业发展的意义及其技能要素研究

Research on the significance and skill factor of teachers’professional development in higher vocational colleges

高职院校在积极建设和发展过程中,作为人才技能培养的主要场所,最为关键的就是教师。教师的专业水平和技能对高素质人才培养具有重要作用,也能为高职院校的特色化发展提供强大保障。文章基于对高职院校教师专业发展意义的分析,给出其技能提升的主要措施。

Higher vocational colleges are the main places of the skill cultivation of talents.In their process of active construction and development,teachers are the most critical factor.The professional level and skills of teachers play important roles in the cultivation of high-quality talents and can also provide strong guarantee for the distinctive development of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in this paper,based on the analysis of the significance of the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,the main measures to improve their skills are given.
