摘要
本文主要介绍广西某木薯淀粉企业废水治理工程的工艺流程、设计参数、运行调试、运行效果等内容,项目采用“预处理+UASB+SBR+生物滤池”组合工艺处理木薯淀粉废水,运行实践证明:系统出水的主要污染物指标COD、NH 3-N、TN、TP、SS浓度分别为45 mg/L、2 mg/L、24 mg/L、0.8 mg/L、25 mg/L,去除率则分别达到99.6%、99.4%、92.9%、98.5%、99.5%。出水各项指标达到《淀粉工业水污染物排放标准》(GB25461-2010)的排放要求,实现了废水稳定达标排放。
This article mainly introduces the technological process,design parameters,operation and debugging,and operation effects of a cassava starch enterprise wastewater treatment project in Guangxi.The project adopts the"pretreatment+UASB+SBR+biological filter"combined process to treat cassava starch wastewater.The operation practice proves,the main pollutant indicators COD,NH 3-N,TN,TP,SS concentration of the system effluent are 45mg/L,2 mg/L,24 mg/L,0.8 mg/L,25 mg/L,and the removal rate reaches 99.6%,99.4%,92.9%,98.5%,99.5%respectively.The final effluent water quality reached the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Starch Industrial Water Pollutants(GB25461-2010),and the discharge of wastewater reaches the standard stably.
