摘要
本文以南京梅山钢铁热电厂5#炉220 t/h燃气机组烟气超低排放改造工程中增设SBS烟气脱酸为例,介绍燃气机组采用SBS烟气脱酸的技术原理、工艺流程、设计方案、运行经济性及技术特点,对今后燃气、焦炉等原始烟气烟酸浓度较低的改造工程具有积极的参考和借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the technical principle,technological process,design scheme,operation economy and technical characteristics of SBS flue gas deacidification for gas turbine,taking the project of 5#boiler 220 t/h gas turbine in Nanjing Meishan steel thermal power plant as an example.This paper has a positive reference for the reconstruction project of low acid concentration in original flue gas of gas and coke oven in the future.
