General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his report delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that innovation is the primary driving force for development and the strategic support for building a modernized economy system.We will promote important industries with innovation as the support,build innovation highlands with great radiation power,and provide powerful support for building a modern industrial system,achieving high-quality development,and accelerating the construction of first-class innovative parks.Jiangyin National High-tech Industry Development Zone is the leader of national innovation development strategy and the pioneer of the high-quality development of the whole province.It firmly grasps the opportunity of the construction of national independent innovation demonstration zone in southern Jiangsu Province,rapidly integrates itself into the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region,implements the"two fights and two responsibilities",catches up with others,accelerates upgrading,and focuses on the high-quality development of sci-tech innovation industries in Jiangyin National High-tech Industry Development Zone.
