民营孵化器运营发展路径探索

Research on the operation and development ways of private incubators

自"双创"国家战略有效实施以来,孵化器作为重要推手得到了井喷式增长,民营孵化器作为最具活力的一类孵化器也得到了较快发展。在目前孵化器提质增效的背景下,民营孵化器也面临着发展问题。文章从民营孵化器租金、企业增值服务、政府奖补、股权投资、中介服务等利润增长点分析其发展问题并总结性提出区域性规模化发展思路,以促进民营孵化器利润、资源、服务、品牌、成效等相互推动式发展前进。

Since the effective implementation of the"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"national strategy,as an important propeller,incubators have surged,among which,private incubators are the most vigorous one and have also developed rapidly.Under the background of improving the quality and efficiency of incubators,now private incubators are also facing development problems.This paper analyzes the development problems of private incubators from the perspectives of rental,enterprise value-added services,government awards and subsidies,stock right investment and intermediary services and other profit growth points,and finally puts forward the summary ideas of regional scale development,so as to promote the mutually promoting development and progress of profits,resources,services,brands,and results of private incubators.
