摘要
高压断路器是电力系统的重要设备,为保证其安全可靠运行,在安装交接试验后,还需定期开展停电预防性试验,以检验其各项性能指标是否满足相关技术标准。实际运行经验表明,断路器停电预防性试验对防范设备故障的作用越来越小,特别是机械特性试验。造成这种现象的主要原因是高压断路器机械特性试验中,试验人员在试验数据分析处理中存在很多误区,极大的降低了试验诊断的准确性。本文从断路器分合闸动作电压、分合闸时间参量及分合闸速度三个方面展开分析,阐明断路器机械特性试验数据分析处理存在的主要误区及危害。并结合实际案例,分析断路器机械特性试验数据异常诊断过程容易步入的误区及原因,指明正确的分析处理方法。
High voltage circuit breaker is an important equipment of power system.In order to ensure it operating safely and reliably,since the installation and commissioning test,it is necessary to carry out outage preventive test regularly to check whether its performance indicators meet the relevant technical standards.The practical operation experience shows that the preventive test of breaker power failure plays less and less role in preventing equipment failure,especially in mechanical characteristic test.The main reason for this phenomenon is that there are many errors in the analysis and processing of test data in the mechanical characteristic test of high voltage circuit breaker,which greatly reduces the accuracy of test diagnosis.In this paper,the main errors and harms in the analysis and processing of the test data of the mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers are expounded from the three aspects of the on-off action voltage,on-off time parameter and on-off speed of circuit breakers.Combined with practical cases,this paper analyzes the errors and causes that are easy to be entered in the process of abnormal diagnosis of test data of mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers,and points out the correct analysis and treatment methods.
