摘要
在当前烟草制丝线的物料加工过程中逆流启动模式,设备控制不精细,存在较多的空载率,同时也存在不同牌号的物料出现混杂的隐患。本文提出的由物料驱动的顺起顺停模式,解决了传统逆流启动方式下产生的空载率,有利于节能降耗;物料在设备间的输送过程中,加入物料ID信息比对,有效地防止了生产过程中不同牌号的物料出现错牌、混牌的可能性;通过利用物料在各设备上的填充时间、清空时间以及对设备的分段控制方法,提供了监控物料位置信息的有效手段,提高了对物料加工处理的精准控制程度。
In the current countercurrent start-up mode material processing process of tobacco silk-making line,the equipment control is not fine enough,there are more no-load rates,and there are also potential hazards of mixed materials of different grades.In this paper,a material-driven sequential control mode is proposed,which solves the no-load rate under the traditional counter-current starting mode and is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction.Material ID information comparison is added in the process of material flow between equipments to effectively prevent the possibility of mismatching and mixing of different grades of materials in the production process.By utilizing filling time,clearing time and subsection control method of material on each equipment,it provides effective means of monitoring material position information,and improves the precision control degree of material processing.
