以ARM Cortex-M3载体的分布式生产线异常反馈工装测控系统研究

摘要 本文以ARM Cortex-M3为载体设计stm32分布式生产线异常反馈工装测控系统。系统核心测控单元是stm32系列微控制器,芯片能耗低、性价比高、开发难度低、集成度高,接口多元化,而通信总线为CAN总线,抗干扰性较强、传输距离较长、实时性良好、性价比高。首先基于系统流程与软硬件设计测控系统,其次通过构建系统测试环境与数据分析测试系统。测试效果表明,此系统设计结构科学合理,功能完善,实用性与可靠性较高,提高了产线工作效率与质量,为企业带来了良好的综合效益。 In this paper,the abnormal feedback tool measurement and control system of stm32 distributed production line is designed with ARM Cortex-M3 as the carrier.The core measurement and control unit of the system is stm32 series microcontroller,which has the advantages of low energy consumption,high performance-price ratio,low development difficulty,high integration and diversified interface,while the communication bus is CAN,which has strong anti-interference,long transmission distance,good real-time performance and high performance-price ratio.Firstly,the measurement and control system is designed based on the system flow and software and hardware,and then the system test environment and data analysis and test system are constructed.The test results show that the design structure of the system is scientific and reasonable,the function is perfect,the practicability and reliability are high,the working efficiency and quality of the production line are improved,and good comprehensive benefits are brought to the enterprise.
