基于轴承座振动信号测量的轴系扭振监测与诊断系统研究

摘要 为了能够实时、有效监测并判别汽轮发电机组的轴系扭振故障,提出了一种基于从轴承座振动信号中提取轴系扭振特征信号的理论方法,依托该方法和LabVIEW软件平台,开发出了汽轮发电机组轴系扭振的监测与诊断系统,该测量系统具有信号采集、信号处理、数据读写、扭振特征提取、扭振故障判别和特征指标输出的功能。通过实验室和现场应用试验,对该系统的性能进行了验证。验证结果表明,所开发的轴系扭振监测诊断系统具有传感器安装简便、信号检测精度高、诊断结论准确、可靠性高等特点。 In order to effectively monitor and discriminate the torsional vibration faults of the shaft system of turbo-generator set in real time,a theoretical method based on extracting torsional vibration characteristic signals of shafting from bearing bearing vibration signals is presented in this paper.Based on this method and LabVIEW software platform,a monitoring and diagnosis system for torsional vibration of turbine generator system is developed.The measurement system consists of the functions of signal acquisition,signal processing,data reading and writing,feature extraction,fault discrimination and feature index output.The performance of the system is verified by laboratory experiment and field application experiment.The verification results show that the system has the characteristics of simple sensor installation,high signal detection accuracy,accurate diagnosis and high reliability.
