620℃等级超超临界汽轮机阀杆超音速火焰喷涂研究

Study on Supersonic Flame Spraying of Valve Stem for Ultra-supercritical Steam Turbine Working at 620℃

摘要 采用HVOF喷涂工艺,在620℃等级超超临界汽轮机阀杆试样表面制备了以NiCr-Cr_3C_2为喷涂材料的金属陶瓷涂层,并分别对涂层的显微硬度、结合力、微观组织形貌及620℃下长时间氧化试验后涂层变化等进行了一系列的检测分析。结果表明,涂层各项性能良好,经620℃下长时间氧化试验后,涂层的结合强度、硬度及孔隙率不发生变化,且涂层属于完全抗氧化级别。 HVOF spraying process was adopted to continuously test and explore,the metal ceramic coating with NiCr-Cr 3C 2 as spraying material was prepared on the sample surface of valve stem for ultra-supercritical steam turbine working at 620℃,and the microhardness,bonding force,microstructure,nondestructive test of the coating and coating changes after long-time oxidation test at 620℃were determined and analyzed separately.Test results shows that the properties of the coating performed well,the bonding strength,hardness and porosity of the coating are not changed after long-time oxidation test at 620℃,and the coating is of a complete anti-oxidation class and is suitable for use on the valve stem for ultra-supercritical steam turbine working at 620℃.
