Study On International Empirical Of Public Service Facility Configuration Standards

十九大报告提出“提高保障和改善民生水平,加强和创新社会治理——完善公共服务体系,保障群众基本生活。”为此,本研究重点研究教育、医疗、文化、体育等公共服务设施,从理论解析、配置标准等方面,按照大视野、可比性、针对性的原则,选取北京、香港、苏州、纽约、伦敦、巴黎、东京等多个国内外城市,总结国际经验研究,为当前国土空间规划编制、公共服务设施配置标准制定提供技术支撑。

The report of the 19th National Congress put forward"Improving people's livelihood,strengthening and innovating social governance--perfecting the public service system,guaranteeing people's basic life".Therefore,this study focuses on education,health care,culture,sports and other public service facilities,from theory analysis,allocation standard,etc.,according to the principle of big vision,comparability and pertinence,select Beijing,Hong Kong,Suzhou,New York,London,Paris,Tokyo and other domestic and foreign cities,sum up the experiences of international research,to the current Territorial space planning,Public service facilities configuration standards to provide technical support.
