准确描述含蜡原油相变过程中涉及的复杂传热问题是储运领域研究的核心技术之一。介绍停输管道含蜡原油相变传热研究进展,从传热实验及传热模型两方面,总结停输管道相变传热研究历程,分析实验类型及主要作用;根据分区不同,归纳相变传热模型种类,分析不同模型中自然对流传热、潜热释放和相界面确定等关键性问题处理方法,探讨研究思路与方向。

Accurate description of the complex heat transfer involved in waxy crude oil phase transition is one of the key technologies in storage and transportation.This paper introduced the research progress of phase change heat transfer of waxy crude oil in shutdown pipeline,summarized the research process of phase change heat transfer from two aspects of heat transfer experiment and heat transfer model,and analyzed the experimental types and main functions.According to the different zones,the existing types of phase change heat transfer models were summarized,and the key problems of natural convective heat transfer,latent heat release and phase interface determination in different models were analyzed,and the research ideas and directions were discussed.
