摘要
随着我国航空工业的蓬勃快速发展、大量先进军用、民用航空装备的列装,航空系统中涉及的力学问题研究在航空技术中起到重要作用。本文以航空燃油泵为例,介绍了航空燃油泵的类型,阐述了不同系统所需的航空燃油泵结构特点及设计方法,分析了离心式航空燃油泵流体动力学、结构动力学、耦合动力学等3个方面的研究现状,结合国内外研究成果和现状对研究趋势展望了离心式航空燃油泵的发展方向。基于模型的系统工程和基于PIV、PADA等可视化流场测试相结合的研究手段是未来离心式航空燃油泵研究的工作重点。
With the rapid development of China's aviation industry,a large number of advanced military and civil aviation equipment were equipped.The research of mechanical problems involved in aviation system plays an important role in aviation technology.By taking aviation fuel pump as an example,the types of aviation fuel pump were introduced,the structural characteristics and design methods of aviation fuel pump required by different systems were expounded,the research status in such three aspects as hydrodynamics of centrifugal aviation fuel pump,structural dynamics and coupling dynamics was analyzed,and the development direction of centrifugal aviation fuel pump was prospected in combination with the research achievements and current status at home and abroad.The research means that combines model-based system engineering and measurement based on visualization flow field(PIV and PDPA)are the key points of the future research of the centrifugal aviation fuel pump.
