全球抗疫背景下中英高校学生管理模式比较研究

A Comparative Study on Student Affairs Model between Chinese with Britain University under Global Anti-epidemic

新冠疫情防治期间,高校针对青年学生的管理防控发挥重要作用。英国高校学生管理工作以学生事务管理为主,其基本工作理念在于为学生提供完备、优质的校园服务,中国的学生管理工作承担了比较重大的教育功能。由于在学生管理目标上的差异,中英两国高校在疫情防控模式下的学生管理运行机制也不相同。在中国共产党的坚强领导与科学统筹下,我国高校对于全社会疫情管治充分发挥支持作用,而英国高校在疫情防控方面比较被动,工作的专业化、职业化程度更高,但是与思想政治教育相关的工作较为薄弱,学生管理的实际防治成效较为局限,校园防控对于社会整体的支持作用不足。

During the prevention and control period of the COVID-19,the university student affairs have played an important role in the management and prevention of students in this course.From the perspective of social differences between China and the West,this paper analyzed differences in the functions and objectives of student affairs between Chinese and British universities.Under the strong leadership and scientific coordination of the Communist Party of China(CPC),Chinese colleges and universities have fully played a supporting role in the epidemic management of the whole society.However,British colleges and universities,due to the differences between Chinese and Western societies,have relatively limited actual prevention and control effect of student affairs.To sum up the causes,the function of higher education is an effective way to guide students to strengthen the brief of“four confidence”.
