摘要
本文介绍了用M1级标准砝码规格为0.5kg^20kg,F2等级砝码(标准增铊)对准确度等级为Ⅲ级的100kg台秤,用直接均匀加载或卸载的方式进行重复测量,得出测量示值与标准砝码的示值误差论述。建立了数学模型,分析了输入量示值误差不确定度的来源,从100kg台秤的测量重复性误差和M1级砝码引起的不确定分量等几个方面对100kg台秤示值误差测量不确定度进行了分析及评估,得出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。
Grade were introduced in this paper with the M1 standard weight specifications as kg(0.5~20),level of F2 farmar(standard increases the thallium)for accuracy levelⅢlevel of 100 kg platform scale,using direct uniform loading or unloading repeated measurement,the measurement values and standard weight value for error in this paper.The mathematical model is established,the source of the error uncertainty of the input value is analyzed,and the uncertainty of the error measurement of the 100 kg platform balance is analyzed and evaluated from the measurement repeatability error of 100 kg platform balance and the uncertainty component caused by M1-grade weight,etc.,and the synthetic uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained.
