摘要
连铸机所产钢坯一直是以"定尺的长度"作为标准进行切割。按"定尺"方式切割的钢坯,虽然各支钢坯长度相同,但是其重量并不相同。而轧钢是以钢坯重量为主要标准,钢坯重量的不同会增加钢坯在轧制过程中的浪费。最近几年,韶钢3#连铸机、1#连铸机、8#连铸机先后完成钢坯定重定尺剪切自动控制系统改造,定重秤的应用有效地保证了成材率。其中如何确保定重秤的计量准确可靠,更好的服务工艺生产,显得尤为重要。本文主要针对定重定尺秤测量过程中主要误差来源,对其测量结果不确定度进行研究,以更好的进行测量过程控制,满足精准计量要求。
Billets produced by continuous casting machines have always been cut at a fixed length.Billets cut in a"fixed size"manner are not the same in weight,although each billet has the same length.The main standard of rolling is billet weight.The difference of billet weight will increase the waste of rolling process.In recent years,No.3 continuous casting machine,No.1 continuous casting machine and No.8 continuous casting machine have successively completed the transformation of billet fixed weight and fixed length shear automatic control system,and the application of fixed weight scale has effectively guaranteed the yield of finished products.It is particularly important to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement and better service of the production process.This paper mainly focuses on the main error sources in the measurement process of fixed-retarder and fixed-scale scale,and studies the uncertainty of the measurement results,so as to better control the measurement process and meet the requirements of accurate measurement.
