基于价值工程的建筑施工成本控制方法

Construction Cost Control Method Based on Value Engineering

针对传统建筑施工成本控制方法在实际应用时存在不必要成本消耗较多,成本控制效果不理想的问题,通过对施工质量、资源消耗量、施工项目管理水平等因素对建筑施工成本控制影响分析,提出一种全新的建筑施工成本控制方法。通过施工成本控制对象选择、基于价值工程施工功能重要性系数评价、建筑施工成本控制,在保证建筑施工质量的前提下,降低施工成本。通过实验证明,该控制方法与传统控制方法相比可有效降低施工成本,为企业带来更大的经济效益。

In view of the problems of unnecessary cost consumption and unsatisfactory cost control effect in the practical application of traditional construction cost control methods,a new construction cost control method is proposed by analyzing the influence of construction quality,resource consumption,construction project management level and other factors on construction cost control.Through the selection of construction cost control object,evaluation of construction function importance coefficient based on value engineering and construction cost control,construction cost can be reduced on the premise of ensuring construction quality.The experimental results show that the control method can effectively reduce the construction cost and bring greater economic benefits to the enterprise compared with the traditional control method.
