重装备运输车战时维修保障人员编配问题研究

Research on Arrangement of Maintenance and Support Personnel for Heavy Equipment Transport Vehicle in Wartime

重装备运输车作为新型作战装备列装时间不长,其维修保障体系还不够完善,保障力量较薄弱,制约了战斗力的快速提升。本文针对维修保障力量中的人员编配、部署等问题运用定性与定量分析相结合的方式进行研究,为加强保障力量提供一定的理论指导。

As a new type of combat equipment,the heavy equipment transport vehicle has not been installed for a long time,its maintenance support system is not perfect,and its support force is weak,which restricts the rapid improvement of combat effectiveness.This article uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the personnel allocation and deployment in the maintenance support force,and provides certain theoretical guidance for strengthening the support force.
