产业结构的调整会影响高等教育专业化人才培养方向以及大学生就业倾向。在安徽省产业结构不断优化调整的过程中,大学生就业问题逐渐成为重要的研究议题。因此,本研究基于安徽省产业结构和大学生就业结构现状,对安徽省产业结构、行业结构和就业结构进行协同度分析,为推进产业结构优化调整,促进大学生就业提供政策建议。

The adjustment of industrial structure will affect the direction of professional personnel training and the employment tendency of college students.In the process of continuous optimization and adjustment of industrial structure in Anhui Province,the employment of college students has gradually become an important research topic.Therefore,based on the current situation of industrial structure and employment structure of college students in Anhui Province,this paper analyzes the synergy degree of industrial structure,industry structure and employment structure in Anhui Province,and provides policy suggestions for promoting the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure and promoting the employment of college students.
