种业科技成果转化影响因素的类变量分析方法

On the Type-Variables Analysis Method of Transformation Influencing Factors of Scientific and Technological Achievements in China's Seed Industry

给出我国种业科技成果转化影响因素分析的系统类变量方法,其中目标变量表征种业科技成果转化体系未来要达到的理想目标状态,特征变量表征成果转化体系的现阶段特征要素,关键变量表征影响种业科技成果转化的核心关键要素,条件变量表征影响我国种业科技成果转化的环境条件约束,而行为变量则表示与问题解决相关的策略要素。影响我国种业科技成果转化的三个关键变量是成果供需双方的信息不对称、成果熟化程度、成果转化链上各方主体权益关系的合理化。系统类变量分析方法,对于价值系统的体系化研究具有一定的方法论借鉴意义。

Type-variables analysis method tells that factors influencing science and technology system dynamic of seed industry can be classified into five types:Objective Variables show the ideal objective state of systems,Characteristic Variables represent dynamic characteristic elements of systems at the current stage;Pivotal Variables are key issues or reasons that have to be coped with for the scientific development of systems;Conditional Variables are used to describe the constraint of environment and conditions of achievements transformation in seed industry,and behavioral variables refer to strategic elements related to problem-solving.It shows that there are three pivotal variables,including the information asymmetry between the supply and demand of achievements,maturity of achievements,interest relations based on property right.The type-variables analysis method has certain methodological significance for the systematic research of value system.
