连续梁单端张拉应力损失补强探讨

摘要 预应力混凝土连续梁在高铁施工中得到大量推广和应用,作为连续梁质量控制的关键,预应力施工质量尤为关键。因为设计或工期等特殊原因影响或变更,受张拉作业条件和空间限制,必然会遇到采用单端张拉作业的特殊情况,受应力损失增大的影响,固定端的应力一直处于未知状态。结合神农架车站特大桥单端张拉作业,对单端张拉预应力损失进行探讨,从而为类似结构桥梁单端张拉施工积累经验。 Prestressed concrete continuous beams have been widely promoted and applied in high-speed railway construction.As the key to continuous beam quality control,the quality of prestressed construction is particularly critical.Due to the influence or change of special reasons such as design or construction period,the tensioning operation conditions and space constraints will inevitably encounter the special situation of single-ended tensioning operation.Affected by the increased stress loss,the stress of the fixed end has been in an unknown state.Combined with the single-ended tensioning operation of the shennongjia station grand bridge,the loss of the single-ended tension prestress is discussed,so as to accumulate experience for the single-ended tension construction of similar structural bridges.
