基于BIM的工程造价精细化管理研究

众所周知,在项目基本建设工程中,工程造价管理是非常重要的一项工作。对投资项目作出预算、对项目建设过程进行控制和管理都属于工程造价管理工作的组成部分。目前,我国工程造价管理工作存在着严重的“三超”问题,即结算超预算、预算超概算、概算超估算,这一问题的存在使得项目基本建设工作资源浪费情况越来越严重,产品价值也很难得到提升,为此,我们引入了BIM技术,想要通过BIM技术来进一步提升工程造价精细化管理的水平,为建筑工程项目的发展奠定更加坚实的基础。

As we all know,in the project capital construction project,the project cost management is a very important work.It is an integral part of project cost management to make budget for investment projects and control and manage the construction process of projects.At present,there are serious"Three Excesses"problems in China's project cost management,that is,the settlement exceeds the budget,the budget exceeds the budgetary estimate,and the budget exceeds the estimate.The existence of this problem makes the resource waste of the project capital construction work more and more serious,and the product value is difficult to be improved.Therefore,this paper introduces BIM Technology to further improve the level of fine management of the engineering cost and lay a more solid foundation for the development of construction projects.
