山西药用动物应用现状及问题对策探讨

Application Status and Discussion on Related Problems and Countermeasures of Medicinal Animals in Shanxi Province

目的分析山西制药企业生产的中药药品中动物药材应用现状,为山西地区制药产业发展、野生药用动物抚壮、药用动物养殖产业发展提供借鉴。方法检索国家药品监督管理局网站山西制药企业生产的中成药,筛选含有动物药材的中成药。对每味动物药材使用频次、药效分类、对应的药用动物进行统计分析。根据中药材天地网数据分析近年药材价格指数变化。结果山西地区制药企业生产的709种中成药中有213种使用动物药材,共涉及84味动物药,对应52种代表动物,涉及29目45科,其中鹿茸是使用频次最高的动物药材。动物药材价格指数近11年持续走高。结论山西地区制药产业需进行产业开发升级,合理优化动物药材开发结构,对野生药用动物进行针对性抚壮扩大种群,药用动物养殖产业应面向制药企业需求提高产量和质量。

Objective To analyze the application status of animal medicinal materials in traditional Chinese medicine which were produced by Shanxi pharmaceutical enterprises;To provide reference for the development of pharmaceutical industry,medicinal animal breeding industry,and the growth of wild medicinal animals.Methods Official website of National Medical Products Administration was retrieved to screen Chinese patent medicine with animal medicinal materials.Frequency of use of medicinal animals,efficacy classification,corresponding medicinal animals were analyzed.The changes in the price index of medicinal materials in recent years were analyzed according to the data of TCM World Network.Results There were 709 kinds of Chinese patent medicine produced by Shanxi pharmaceutical enterprises,among which 213 contained animal medicinal materials.84 kinds of animal medicinal materials were involved,which corresponded to 52 species of animals,29 categories and 45 families.Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum was the most frequently used animal medicinal materials.The price index of animal medicinal materials has continued to rise in the past 11 years.Conclusion Shanxi pharmaceutical industry needs to be developed and upgraded.Making the reasonable development structure of animal medicinal materials is imperative.Expanding population of wild medicinal animals need to be targeted.The medicinal animal breeding industry should improve the output and quality due to the demand of enterprises.
