基于《伤寒杂病论》腹诊探讨腹壁张力触诊意义

Significance of Palpation Diagnosis of Abdominal Wall Tension Based on Abdominal Diagnosis in Shang Han Za Bing Lun

《伤寒杂病论》腹诊在中医诊断学的地位十分重要。本文从腹壁张力触诊在《伤寒杂病论》腹诊中的意义进行探讨,认为腹壁张力较客观反映了六经病脏腑病变规律,从腹壁张力触诊可司外揣内,从腹壁张力归经辨病位、从张力高低辨病性,依据腹壁张力变化来源及原因采用相应治法,为中医腹诊的客观化研究提供思路。

The abdominal diagnosis of Shang Han Za Bing Lun is very important in TCM diagnostics.This article attempted to discuss the significance of palpation diagnosis of abdominal wall tension in the abdominal diagnosis of Shang Han Za Bing Lun.It was believed that abdominal wall tension could objectively reflect the law of visceral pathological changes of six meridians diseases.The palpation diagnosis of abdominal wall tension could govern exterior to infer interior.Disease locations could be identified through the source meridians of abdominal wall tension;the disease properties could be identified through the tension level.According to the source and cause of abdominal wall tension changes,corresponding treatments are adopted to provide ideas for the objectification study of TCM abdominal diagnosis.
