Practice of implementing the strictest water resources management system in Gaoyou

近年来,高邮市认真践行新时期治水思路,围绕以“水安全有效保障、水资源可持续利用、水生态系统健康、水环境优美和谐”的建设目标,通过全面推行河(湖)长制,开展饮用水源地达标整治。高邮市多措并举改善水环境,严格水功能区监督管理,深入推进节水型社会建设,强化最严格水资源目标管理,较好地完成了最严格水资源管理的各项目标任务,水资源管理工作取得了一定的成绩。

In recent years,Gaoyou has earnestly practiced the idea of water control in the new period,focusing on the construction goal of“effective guarantee of water safety,sustainable utilization of water resources,healthy water ecosystem,beautiful and harmonious water environment”,and comprehensively implementing the river(lake)chief system to carry out the regulation of drinking water sources up to standard.Gaoyou has taken many measures to improve the water environment,strictly supervise and manage the water functional areas,further promote the construction of water-saving society,strengthen the strictest target management of water resources,and better accomplish the objectives and tasks of the strictest water resources management.
