山西省地下水监测网现状分析

Analysis on the Present Situation of Groundwater Monitoring Network in Shanxi Province

为加强山西省地下水监测网的建设,本文调查研究了山西省地下水监测网建设现状,分析了地下水监测网存在的主要问题,提出了应全面统筹规划地下水监测网,建设自动专业化的监测井,加大财政投入、人才储备等建议。加强监测队伍建设、建立地下水一体化工作平台,是保证地下水监测工作有效稳定发展的重要因素,而地下水监测各部门间共享机制的建立才是科学管理地下水资源的重要措施。

In order to strengthen the construction of groundwater monitoring network in Shanxi Province,this paper investigates the present situation of groundwater monitoring network construction in Shanxi Province,analyzes the existing problems of groundwater monitoring network,and puts forward some suggestions,such as overall planning of groundwater monitoring network,building automatic and specialized monitoring wells,increasing financial input and talent reserve,etc.Strengthening the construction of monitoring team and establishing an integrated working platform for groundwater are important factors to ensure the effective and stable development of groundwater monitoring,and the establishment of sharing mechanism among various departments of groundwater monitoring is an important measure for scientific management of groundwater resources.
