粒径对弱黏结性煤与非黏结性煤共热解特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 采用向弱黏结性兴县煤(XX)内加入非黏结性先锋褐煤(XF)进行共热解的方式以防止兴县煤热解时结焦堵炉,着重研究了粒径对共热解特性的影响。结果表明:0.0 mm^3.0 mm范围内,不同粒径兴县煤热解时均有结焦现象,在其中加入不同粒径段(0.0 mm^0.5 mm,0.5 mm^1.5 mm,1.5 mm^3.0 mm)的非黏结性先锋褐煤进行共热解时,有效减少低了粒径为0.5 mm^1.5 mm兴县煤的结焦现象。同时,不同粒径的兴县煤与先锋褐煤共热解时,焦油产率比兴县煤和先锋煤单独热解时产生的焦油加权产率增加10.33%,促进了焦油生成,且焦油品质得到了提升;共热解所产热解煤气中H 2,CH 4,CO及CO 2与兴县煤单独热解所产煤气相应组分相比,其产率最大值分别增加了1.33%,-1.23%,49.12%和175.00%,增加了热解煤气的产率。采用共热解方式,既可防止弱黏结性兴县煤结焦堵炉,又提高了焦油和煤气的产率。 The non-caking Xianfeng(XF)lignite was added into the weak caking Xingxian(XX)coal to prevent coking and furnace blocking during the pyrolysis of the XX coal.The influence of the particle size on co-pyrolysis characteristics was experimentally studied.The experimental results show that within the particle size range of 0.0 mm-3.0 mm,the coking phenomenon occurs during the pyrolysis process of the XX coal.When the non-caking XF lignite with different particle sizes(0.0 mm-0.5 mm,0.5 mm-1.5 mm,1.5 mm-3.0 mm)is added for the co-pyrolysis of the XF and XX coals,the coking of the XX coal is effectively reduced.In addition,during the co-pyrolysis process,the weighted yield of the tar produced by the pyrolysis of the XX coal or the XF coal is increased by 10.33%,which promotes the yield and quality of the tar.The weighted average maximum value of H 2,CH 4,CO and CO 2 in the pyrolysis gas produced by the co-pyrolysis increases by 1.33%,-1.23%,49.12%and 175.00%,respectively,compared with the corresponding components produced by the pyrolysis of the XX coal.The co-pyrolysis method can not only prevent the coking and blocking of weak caking XX coal,but also improve the yield of the tar and gases,providing technical support for the high value utilization of the weak caking coal by pyrolysis.
