β-树脂结构对煤沥青结焦值和软化点的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用甲苯和喹啉组合溶剂,从中温煤沥青、高温煤沥青和高温改质煤沥青试样中分离出三种相应的β-树脂试样,进行FTIR、XPS、元素分析和XRD表征,并以FTIR和XPS谱分峰拟合结果为基础,相对定量分析了β-树脂的相关分子结构参数对煤沥青结焦值(coking value,CV)和软化点温度(softening point,SP)的影响。结果表明:芳香性指数(I ar)和支链化指数(w(CH 3)/w(CH 2))对煤沥青的CV和SP有显著影响,芳环3H和4H相对含量以及n(H)∶n(C)有一定影响,C=O相对含量影响较弱,而C—O—C相对含量无影响。 Three responding β-resin samples were separated from medium-temperature coal tar pitch,high-temperature coal tar pitch and high-temperature modified coal tar pitch with toluene and quinoline.The samples were characterized by using FTIR,XPS,elemental analysis and XRD.Based on the fitting results of FTIR and XPS spectra,the effects of the molecular structure parameters of β-resin on the coking value(CV)and softening point(SP)of coal tar pitch were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that the aromaticity index(I ar)and branching index(w(CH 3)/w(CH 2))has significant effects on coal tar pitch,the relative content of aromatic ring 3H and 4H and n(H)∶n(C)ratio has some effects,the relative content of C=O has minor effects,but the relative content of C—O—C has no effects.
