普通感冒、甲型H1N1流感及新型冠状病毒肺炎患者用药比较

Comparing the Medication of Patients with Common Cold,Influenza H1N1 and COVID-19

目的:针对现阶段黑龙江省传染病防治院收治的发热类型患者,我们大体分为3类,即普通感冒型、甲型H1N1流感型及新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)型。方法:对这3种类型发热患者进行临床观察和用药治疗,通过病例比较,用药治疗,分别取得不同的疗效。结果:抗病毒口服液针对普通型感冒有较好的疗效,磷酸奥司他韦胶囊针对甲型H1N1流感病毒有较好的疗效,洛匹那韦利托那韦片对新型冠状病毒有一定疗效,不过仍在探索中。结论:目前,在COVID-19患者的用药上还处于探索阶段,本文通过对3种发热类型患者应用的药物进行比较,得出一些有价值的结论,为临床用药起到指导作用。

Objective:In view of the types of patients with fever admitted to Heilongjiang infectious disease prevention and treatment hospital,patients were divided into three groups:common cold type,influenza A(H1N1)and COVID-19.Methods:The three types of patients with fever were observed clinically and treated with drugs.Through case comparison and drug treatment,different curative effects were achieved.Results:The antiviral oral liquid has good effect on common cold.Oseltamivir phosphate capsules are effective on H1N1 influenza.Lopinavir and Ritonavir Tablets have certain effect on COVID-19,which still needs further study.Conclusion:At present,the medication for patients with COVID-19 is still in the exploratory stage.This article compared the medication for three kinds of fever and had drawn some valuable conclusions,which will guild clinical medication.
