摘要 本文采用双向包缠超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的纱线结构,在电脑横机上进行纬平针编织成高性能纤维织物作为柔性复合材料基体,设计并制作最佳的剪切增稠液(STF)作为增强体,采用静态浸渍法将两者复合成新型柔性复合材料,最后通过准静态穿刺实验和断面形貌观测对比分析了STF/UHWMPE复合材料的防刺性能,为柔性防刺材料的设计和开发提供了一定的借鉴。 The yarn structure of bidirectionaly wrapped ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is used to weave flat knitting into a high-performance fiber fabric on a computerized flat knitting machine in this paper.The fabric is used as the matrix of flexible composite material,and the best shear thickening fluid(STF)is designed and produced as the reinforcement.The two materials are combined into a new type of flexible composite material by static dipping method.Finally,the stab-resistance performance of STF/UHWMPE composite is analyzed by quasi-static puncture experiment and cross-section morphology observation,which provides a reference for the design and development of flexible stab-resistant material.
