摘要
基于六西格玛测量系统分析理论,采用Minitab软件,对以上海新纤XQ-1A型纤维强伸度仪、XD-1型细度仪为基础构成的纤维力学指标测量系统进行分析,与称重法计算得到的纤维细度对比,研究在无标样情况下采用该系统测量纤维细度的可行性,以及长期运行后系统的重复性与再现性水平,评估其满足高品质生产系统质量控制的能力。
Based on 6 Sigma MSA theory,this article analyzes the fiber mechanical properties measurement system composed by XQ-1A Fiber Tensile Tester and XD-1 Vibration Fiber Fineness Tester using Minitab application,compares the fiber fineness value calculated by weighing method,studies the feasibility of measuring fiber fineness without standard fiber sample,as well as the repeatability and reproducibility level after long-term operation,and evaluates its ability to meet the quality control requirements of high quality production system.
