Transformation and Breakthrough of Post Employment Literature

打工文学缘起于20世纪80年代,主要聚焦于在珠三角地区打工群体的生活与生命样态,并且伴随底层文学的兴起,成为当时人们较为关注的文学现象。然而随着时代的变迁以及打工作家自身的局限性,打工文学的发展也遭遇了瓶颈。对此,后打工文学也在尝试进行转型与突围。此时书写者由原本的业余作家转变为了职业作家,自觉地站在更高的立意进行写作。随着早期的打工者从移民变为新市民,城乡不再是尖锐的对立,二者也逐渐趋于调和。后打工文学融合了宏观与微观书写,以此展现了个体命运与时代洪流之间复杂而紧密的联系。

The literature of migrant workers originated in the 1980s,mainly focusing on the life and life style of migrant workers in the Pearl River Delta region,and with the rise of bottom literature,it became a literary phenomenon that people paid more attention to at that time.However,with the changes of the times and the limitations of migrant writers themselves,the development of Migrant Literature has also encountered bottlenecks.In this regard,post employment literature is also trying to transform and break through.At this time,the writer changed from an amateur writer to a professional writer,consciously standing on a higher point of view to write.And with the early migrant workers from immigrants to new citizens,urban and rural areas are no longer sharp opposition,the two gradually tend to reconcile.Moreover,the post employment literature combines macro and micro writing,which shows the complex and close relationship between individual destiny and the current of the times.
