抗日战争期间,党的出版物发挥了积极的战时宣传和政治动员作用。《八路军军政杂志》作为八路军总政治部的机关刊物,其主要任务是对内总结抗战经验教训,对外宣传八路军抗战成绩,维护抗日民族统一战线。在日寇与国民党对根据地的严格封锁与新闻管制下,八路军军政杂志社以传播"论持久战"思想为主线,科学制定出版发行策略,积极利用杂志正文和补白,用大量的新闻事实取得了良好的战时传播效果,在我党我军出版史中具有独特的历史地位和深远影响。

During the war of resistance against Japanese Aggression,the publications of the Communist Party of China played a positive role in the wartime publicity and mobilization campaigns.As a periodical affiliated to the General Political Department of the Eighth Route Army,the Eighth Route Army Military and Political Journal aimed to internally summarize the lessons of fighting against Japanese army and externally publicize the achievements of the Eighth Route Army in the war and maintain the Chinese united front against Japanese regression.In spite of the strict blockade and news control of the revolutionary bases by the Japanese government and Kuomintang,the journal,with a focus on spreading the thought of On the Protracted War,formulated scientific publication and distribution strategies.By using the texts and fillers properly,it published a large number of news facts and achieved good results of wartime communication.The Eighth Route Army Military and Political Journal exerted a deep and lasting influence and obtained a unique position in the publishing history of CPC Party and army.
