摘要
目的:研究应用甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果和不良反应的发生情况。方法:随机选择2017年6月到2019年7月期间在本院接受治疗的104例2型糖尿病患者,将其作为研究对象并随机平分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例。对照组患者接受口服瑞格列奈治疗,观察组患者接受甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈的联合治疗。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组且不良反应发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:应用甘精胰岛素与瑞格列奈联合治疗2型糖尿病患者的效果显著,能够有效降低不良反应的发生率,值得推广。
objective to study the effects and adverse reactions of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 104 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated at our hospital from June 2017 to July 2019 were randomly selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 52 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received oral repaglinide,and patients in the observation group received a combination of insulin glargine and repaglinide.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the combination of insulin glargine and repaglinide can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with type 2 diabetes.
