预见性护理控制血液透析患者低血压及感染的作用分析

目的:分析预见性护理控制血液透析患者低血压及感染的作用。方法:将2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的72例血液透析患者作为临床分析对象,随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组36例患者,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受预见性护理。结果:观察组患者的低血压发生率为5.56%,感染率为8.33%;而对照组患者的低血压发生率为13.89%,感染率为16.67%。结论:对血液透析患者采取预见性护理措施,可显著提高患者的护理质量,预防低血压及感染,在患者康复中有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of predictive care in controlling hypotension and infection in hemodialysis patients.Methods:The 72 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were taken as the clinical analysis objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received routine care.Patients in the observation group received predictive care.Results:The incidence of hypotension in the observation group was 5.56%and the infection rate was 8.33%;while the incidence of hypotension in the control group was 13.89%,and the infection rate was 16.67%.Conclusion:Adopting predictive nursing measures for hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the quality of patient care,prevent hypotension and infection,and play a positive role in the rehabilitation of patients.
