糖尿病患者跟骨骨折术后康复治疗的方法及效果分析 被引量:5

Observation on the Methods and Effects of Postoperative Rehabilitation Treatment of Calcaneal Fractures in Diabetic Patients

摘要 目的探究糖尿病患者跟骨骨折术后康复治疗的方法及效果。方法对该院2017年6月—2019年6月期间接收的88例糖尿病跟骨骨折术后患者进行研究,随机抽取44例施行常规治疗,列为对照组;另44例施行系统康复治疗,列为实验组,观察两组术后足功能恢复情况。结果对照组临床总有效率为77.27%,实验组为90.91%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组AOFAS踝与后足功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为15.91%,实验组为4.55%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均有所下降(P<0.05),且实验组下降程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病跟骨骨折术后进行系统康复治疗能够提高临床疗效,促进切口愈合及足部功能恢复,减少术后并发症,将血糖控制在理想范围内,改善预后。 Objective To analyze the methods and effects of postoperative rehabilitation treatment for calcaneal fractures in diabetic patients.Methods A study was conducted on 88 patients with diabetic calcaneal fractures received from the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019.44 cases were randomly selected for routine treatment and were classified as the control group;the other 44 cases were treated with systemic rehabilitation and were classified as the experimental group for observation;the postoperative foot function recovery in the two groups was observed.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 77.27%and that of the experimental group was 90.91%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two group(P<0.05);the AOFAS ankle and hindfoot function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the control group was 15.91%,and the experimental group was 4.55%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),after meal 2 h blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels decreased(P<0.05),and the decline in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systemic rehabilitation treatment after diabetic calcaneal fractures can improve clinical efficacy,promote incision healing and foot function recovery,reduce postoperative complications,control blood glucose within the ideal range,and improve prognosis.
