阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床有效性及安全性分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effectiveness and Safety of Alendronate in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes with Osteoporosis

目的分析阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床有效性及安全性。方法选择从2017年1月—2019年1月在该院中治疗的老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松患者102例,以治疗时间为节点,前51例患者为研究组采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗,后51例患者为对照组采用钙尔奇治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的骨密度情况、骨代谢生化水平、疼痛程度等。结果治疗后,研究组的骨密度好于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的骨代谢生化水平更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的疼痛评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的治疗效果更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白改善情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年糖尿病合并骨质疏松的临床有效性及安全性更甚。

Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness and safety of alendronate in the treatment of senile diabetes with osteoporosis.Methods 102 elderly diabetic patients with osteoporosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.Taking the treatment time as the node,the first 51 patients were treated with alendronate in the study group.Fifty-one patients were treated with Calci as the control group.The bone mineral density,bone metabolism and biochemical level,and pain degree of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the bone density of the study group was better than that before treatment,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical level of bone metabolism in the study group was better,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the study group was lower,which was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment effect of the study group was higher,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the study group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Alendronate is more effective and safer in the treatment of elderly diabetes with osteoporosis.
