多西他赛在乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者化疗中的应用效果及安全性分析

The Application Effect and Safety Analysis of Docetaxel in Chemotherapy of Breast Cancer Patients with Diabetes

目的以乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,观察和评价患者应用多西他赛的化疗效果及安全性。方法于2018年2月—2019年5月随机选取37例该院收治的乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者,所有患者均接受基础降糖治疗,化疗过程中联合应用多西他赛。结果临床总有效率59.46%,临床获益率86.49%。治疗后患者FPG等各项观察指标水平均低于治疗前,治疗前后血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后脱发、非感染发热等用药后不良反应发生率较高,均未超出患者耐受度。治疗后患者PSQI评分较治疗前下降且KPS评分较治疗前升高,比较治疗前后患者PSQI及KPS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者化疗过程中应用多西他赛可取得较好的病情控制效果,加强病情监测并合理应用降糖药物,能够保证治疗安全性。

Objective To observe and evaluate the chemotherapy effect and safety of docetaxel in patients with breast cancer and diabetes.Methods A total of 37 breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected.All patients received basic hypoglycemic therapy,combined with docetaxel during chemotherapy.Results The total clinical effective rate was 59.46%,and the clinical benefit rate was 86.49%.After treatment,the FPG and other observation indicators of the patients were lower than before treatment,and the difference in blood glucose levels before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the incidence of adverse reactions such as hair loss and non-infectious fever was relatively high,and none of them exceeded the patient's tolerance.After treatment,the PSQI score of the patients decreased and the KPS score was higher than that before the treatment.There were statistically significant differences in the PSQI and KPS scores of the patients before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of docetaxel during chemotherapy of breast cancer patients with diabetes can achieve better disease control effects.Strengthening disease monitoring and reasonable application of hypoglycemic drugs can ensure the safety of treatment.
