2型糖尿病患者合并心脑血管病的临床分析及护理对策分析

Clinical Observation and Nursing Strategy Analysis of Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的研究2型糖尿病患者合并心脑血管病的临床分析及护理对策。方法于2017年6月—2018年6月选取医院收治的2型糖尿病合并心脑血管病的患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用综合护理方法。比较两组的血糖水平、护理效果、护理满意度。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖低于对照组,观察组护理有效率、护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者合并心脑血管病的护理中,采取综合护理措施,能够有效控制血糖水平,提高护理效果和护理满意度,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To study the clinical observation and nursing strategies of type 2 diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Ninety-two patients with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 46 cases.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing methods.Compare the blood glucose level,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The observation group's fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose was lower than those of the control group.The observation group's nursing effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of type 2 diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,comprehensive nursing measures can effectively control the levels of blood glucose,improve nursing effect and nursing satisfaction,and have high clinical value.
