妊娠期糖尿病临床护理中营养干预及运动干预的应用价值分析

Analysis of the Applied Value of Nutritional Intervention and Exercise Intervention in Clinical Nursing of Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病临床护理中营养干预及运动干预的应用价值分析。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月在该院产科治疗的102例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组,各51例,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用营养干预及运动干预,对比两组的血糖控制情况、母婴妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组羊水过多、妊娠期高血压、早产、肩难产、剖宫产等孕妇并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组巨大儿、低体重儿、胎儿窘迫、胎儿畸形、新生儿窒息、新生儿低血糖等胎儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病临床护理中营养干预及运动干预的应用价值显著,能有效控制血糖,降低母婴并发症发生率,改善妊娠结局和母婴预后,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the application value analysis of nutritional intervention and exercise intervention in clinical nursing of gestational diabetes.Methods The 102 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the hospital's obstetrics from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,51 cases respectively,The control group received routine care,and the observation group received nutritional intervention and exercise intervention.The blood glucose levels control situation,maternal and infant pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was pregnant with hyperhydramnios,hypertension during pregnancy,premature delivery,shoulder dystocia,cesarean section,etc.The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of fetal complications such as macrosomia,low birth weight,fetal distress,fetal malformation,neonatal asphyxia,and neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention and exercise intervention in clinical nursing of gestational diabetes have significant application value,which can effectively control blood glucose,reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications,and improve pregnancy outcome and maternal and infant prognosis.It has positive clinical significance.
