脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者围手术期护理对预后恢复的影响

The Effect of Perioperative Nursing Care on the Prognosis of Patients with Brain Tumors Complicated by Diabetes

目的探究脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者围手术期护理对预后恢复的影响。方法选取80例2016年3月—2019年3月在该院进行治疗的脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者为研究对象,40例常规组患者进行常规护理,40例综合组患者进行综合护理。观察两组患者的治疗效果、血糖指标变化以及围术期情况。结果研究结果显示,综合组患者治疗效果明显好于常规组;综合组患者护理后空腹血糖、术中血糖和餐后2 h血糖明显优于常规组,围术期状况也明显好于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑肿瘤并发糖尿病患者围手术期进行良好的护理可以改善治疗效果,控制血糖水平,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on the prognosis of patients with brain tumors and diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with brain tumors and diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.40 patients in the routine group received routine care and 40 patients in the comprehensive group received comprehensive care.Observe the treatment effect,blood glucose index changes and perioperative conditions of the two groups of patients.Results The results of the study showed that the treatment effect of patients in the comprehensive group was significantly better than that in the conventional group;the fasting blood glucose,intraoperative blood glucose and blood glucose 2 h after meal of the comprehensive group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the perioperative condition was also significantly better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Good care in the perioperative period of patients with brain tumors complicated by diabetes can improve the treatment effect,control the blood glucose level,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
