护理干预对减少妊娠期糖尿病分娩后新生儿低血糖的研究与效果探讨

Study and Effect of Nursing Intervention on Reducing Neonatal Hypoglycemia after Delivery of Gestational Diabetes

目的研究护理干预对减少妊娠期糖尿病分娩后新生儿低血糖的效果。方法2017年5月—2018年5月间选取医院收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组新生儿出生后发生低血糖的情况,同时比较出生后不同时段的血糖水平。结果观察组新生儿低血糖发生率低于对照组,新生儿出生后1、2、3 h,观察组血糖水平均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病分娩患者的护理中,采取综合护理的方法,能够有效减少新生儿低血糖的发生,提高新生儿出生后血糖水平,护理效果更为理想。

Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on reducing neonatal hypoglycemia after delivery of gestational diabetes.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,a total of 104 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the hypoglycemia of the two groups of newborns after the birth promotion,and compare the blood glucose levels at different times after birth.Results The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The blood glucose level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 1 h,2 h,and 3 h after birth.There was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes and delivery,comprehensive nursing methods can effectively reduce the occurrence of neonatal hypoglycemia and increase the blood glucose level of neonates after birth.The nursing effect is more ideal.
