糖尿病合并高血压患者护理中运用人性化协同护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanized Cooperative Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes and Hypertension

目的观察人性化协同护理对于糖尿病合并高血压患者的护理效果。方法将该院2017年7月—2019年7月间收治的120例糖尿病合并高血压患者作为观察对象,分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),给予对照组常规护理,观察组接受人性化协同护理,对比两组血压、血糖控制情况、护理满意率。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖与血压情况基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组空腹血糖和血压控制情况均优于对照组,观察组患者护理满意率为96.67%,高于对照组护理满意率86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者接受同样治疗的前提下,人性化协同护理可以有效提高患者的护理满意率,血糖、血压控制情况良好,是一种高效、可靠的临床护理方案。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of humanized collaborative nursing for patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods From July 2017 to July 120,patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted to this hospital were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received humanized collaborative care.The blood pressure,fasting blood glucose control status,nursing satisfaction rate were compared.Results Before nursing,the blood glucose status of the two groups was basically the same as the blood pressure status,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,fasting the blood glucose and blood pressure control of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than the control group's nursing satisfaction rate of 86.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the premise that patients with diabetes and hypertension receive the same treatment,humanized collaborative nursing can effectively improve the patient's nursing satisfaction rate.The blood glucose and blood pressure are well controlled.It is an efficient and reliable clinical nursing program.
