中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的现状

Current Status of TCM Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察分析中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果。方法选取该院2018年4月—2019年4月收治的102例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,按照数字随机表法分为实验组(应用中医综合治疗方法)和对照组(应用常规西医治疗方法),每组51例。采用统计学分析两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗效果以及周围神经症状评分和周围神经体征评分。结果实验组糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床治疗效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组周围神经症状评分和周围神经体征评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to this hospital From April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into an experimental group(application of integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods)and a control group(application of conventional western medicine)according to the number random table method),51 cases in each group.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the clinical treatment effect,peripheral nerve symptom score and peripheral nerve sign score of the two groups of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients.Results The clinical treatment effect of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of peripheral nerve symptoms and signs of peripheral nerve in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
