摘要
目的分析评价颈动脉和下肢动脉超声检查糖尿病大血管病变的价值作用。方法该次将该院于2018年2月—2019年1月收治的100例糖尿病大血管病变患者作为研究的对象(观察组),然后另取同期收治的100例无大血管病变糖尿病患者作为对照对象(对照组),均采取颈动脉联合下肢动脉超声检查,对两组检查结果进行分析比较。结果①观察组患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在下肢动脉病变情况方面,观察组下肢动脉斑块、狭窄、闭塞发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉联合下肢动脉超声检查在糖尿病大血管病变诊断中的价值作用显著,可了解患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度及下肢动脉病变情况,为患者进一步诊疗提供客观、科学的参考依据。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the value of carotid artery and lower extremity artery ultrasound in the diagnosis of diabetic macrovascular disease.Methods This time,100 diabetic patients with macrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were taken as the research object(observation group),and then another 100 diabetic patients with no macrovascular disease admitted during the same period were taken as control subjects(control group)all underwent carotid artery combined with lower extremity artery ultrasound examination,and the examination results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results 1.The thickness of the carotid artery intima-media of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of lower extremity arterial disease,the incidence of lower extremity arterial plaque,stenosis,and occlusion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid artery combined with lower extremity artery ultrasound examination has a significant value in the diagnosis of diabetic macrovascular disease.It can understand the patient's carotid artery intima-media thickness and lower extremity arterial disease,and provide objective and scientific reference for further diagnosis and treatment of patients.
