基于IMB模型护理对糖尿病视网膜病患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

Influence of IMB-based Nursing Care on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的通过IMB模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model)的护理干预,改善糖尿病视网膜病患者的治疗依从性和自我效能感,提高其生活质量。方法将该院确诊的2019年1—12月住院糖尿病视网膜病患者采用随机将其分为对照组和实验组,各65例。对照组采纳常规护理流程,实验组在常规流程护理中融合IMB模型护理。比较治疗依从性、糖尿病自我效能量表、糖尿病患者生存质量,随访时间出院日、1周、半个月、1个月、3个月。结果出院日、1周、半个月、1个月、3个月实验组治疗依从性、糖尿病自我效能量表、糖尿病患者生存质量和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病视网膜病患者在常规流程护理中融合IMB模型护理可提高患者依从性、自我效能和生活质量。

Objective To improve the treatment compliance and self-efficacy of patients with diabetic retinopathy through the nursing intervention of the IMB model(information-motivation-behavioral skills model), and improve their quality of life. Methods The hospitalized diabetic retinopathy patients diagnosed in the hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In each of 65 cases, the control group adopted routine nursing procedures, and the experimental group incorporated IMB model nursing into routine nursing procedures. Compare treatment compliance, diabetes self-efficacy scale, quality of life of diabetic patients, follow-up time of discharge day, one week, half month, one month, and three months. Results There were statistically significant differences in the treatment compliance,diabetes self-efficacy scale, quality of life of diabetic patients between the experimental group and the control group on the discharge day, one week, half month, one month, and three months(P<0.05). Conclusion The integration of IMB model care in routine nursing care for patients with diabetic retinopathy can improve patient compliance, self-efficacy and quality of life.
