摘要
目的探讨和分析2型糖尿病患者血CEA、AFP、Ca199水平及其空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等因素对其的影响。方法 2017年1月—2019年1月选择在该院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者120例作为2型糖尿病组,同期选择在该院进行健康体检的健康人60名作为对照组,两组都进行肿瘤标志物(CEA、AFP、CAl99)、空腹血糖与糖化血红蛋白检测和相关性分析。结果 2型糖尿病组血清CEA、CA199高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。降糖治疗后血清CEA、CA199较前有下降。两组AFP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析提示空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与血CEA、CA199有明显正相关,与AFP无明显相关性。结论 2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖升高、糖化血红蛋白升高可能与血CEA、CA199升高有关,但对血清AFP水平无明显影响。
Objective To explore and analyze the blood levels of CEA, AFP, and CA199 in patients with type 2 diabetes and the effects of factors such as fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the hospital were selected as the type 2 diabetes group, and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the hospital were selected as the control group, both groups carry out tumor markers(CEA, AFP, CA199), fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin detection and correlation analysis. Results Serum CEA and CA199 in the type 2 diabetes group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Serum CEA and CA199 decreased after hypoglycemic treatment. There was no statistical difference between the two groups of AFP(P >0.05). Correlation analysis showed that fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin had a significant positive correlation with blood CEA and CA199, but there was no significant correlation with AFP. Conclusion The increase of fasting blood glucose and the increase of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with type 2 diabetes may be related to the increase of blood CEA and CA199, but it has no significant effect on the serum AFP level.
