妊娠糖尿病患者中应用血清胆固醇、尿酸和糖化血红蛋白检测的价值 被引量:5

The Value of Serum Cholesterol, Uric Acid and Glycosylated Hemoglobin Detection in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨妊娠糖尿病患者中应用血清胆固醇、尿酸和糖化血红蛋白检测的价值。方法于2018年1月—2019年12月,将该院产科70例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(观察组)与70名健康孕妇(对照组)纳入研究,测定孕妇血清胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白,比较两组检测结果,分析血清胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白与妊娠期糖尿病的相关性。结果总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白在观察组中均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇在观察组中低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白与妊娠糖尿病呈正相关,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与妊娠期糖尿病呈负相关。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的血清胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白水平往往发生异常改变,临床上可通过检测血清胆固醇、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白,在妊娠期糖尿病预测及治疗中均可发挥良好的辅助指导作用。 Objective To explore the value of serum cholesterol, uric acid and glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods From January 2018 to December 2019, 70 pregnant women with gestational diabetes(observation group) and 70 healthy pregnant women(control group) in the obstetric department of the hospital were included in the study. Serum cholesterol, uric acid, and glycosylated hemoglobin of pregnant women were measured and compared.The two groups of test results analyzed the correlation between serum cholesterol, uric acid, glycosylated hemoglobin and gestational diabetes. Results Total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, and glycosylated hemoglobin were higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol was lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, uric acid, glycosylated hemoglobin are positively correlated with gestational diabetes, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was negatively correlated with gestational diabetes. Conclusion The serum cholesterol, uric acid, and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with gestational diabetes often have abnormal changes. Clinically, the detection of serum cholesterol, uric acid, and glycosylated hemoglobin can play a good auxiliary guiding role in the prediction and treatment of gestational diabetes.
