DDP-4抑制剂对老年糖尿病患者治疗的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨二肽基肽酶Ⅳ(DDP-4)抑制剂治疗老年糖尿病对患者血糖、胰岛功能及安全性的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2019年12月就诊于该院的96例2型糖尿病患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各48例。对照组予以二甲双胍治疗,观察组加用利格列汀治疗。比较两组血糖状况、胰岛功能指标及不良反应发生状况。结果观察组治疗后FPG、HbA1c及2 hPG低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FINS、HOMA-β高于对照组,HOMA-IR低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DDP-4抑制剂治疗可快速稳定老年糖尿病患者血糖水平,增强其胰岛β细胞功能,减轻胰岛素抵抗,且安全性高,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of dipeptidyl peptidase Ⅳ(DDP-4) inhibitor on blood glucose, islet function and safety in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with linagliptin. The blood glucose status, pancreatic islet function indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, FPG, HbA1c, and 2 hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment in the observation group, FINS and HOMA-β were higher than those in the control group, and HOMA-IR was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion DDP-4 inhibitor therapy can quickly stabilize the blood glucose level of elderly diabetic patients, enhance their pancreatic β-cell function, reduce insulin resistance, and has high safety. It is worthy of widespread clinical application.
